John (Sione) Va'inga - Director, Chief Engineer

John has a wealth of experience having worked in electrical and computer maintenance and repair for over 26 years. He has led teams in contracts for the NSW Department of Health, Department of Planning and Environment, and the Department of Education. He is an engineer with a track record for creativity and problem solving as he always finds ways to resolve issues for customers.

He completed degrees in Bachelor of Engineering (Computer) and Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering) with a GPA of 7.0 at the former University of Western Sydney (now Western Sydney University). He wrote his thesis on Citect SCADA (now AVEVA Plant SCADA) software.

He also holds an Advanced Diploma of Electrical Technology and Certificate III in Electrotechnology completed at TAFE NSW St George. He has a Diploma in Aviation from TAFE NSW Petersham which allows him a Private Plane Licence (PPL), and a Certificate III in Business Enterprise from TAFE NSW. He is a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers).This page is still under construction.


Akesa Va'inga - Co-Director, Program Coordinator

Akesa has over 20 years of experience working in the disability support sector and volunteer work in the community. She has experience in advocacy, working well with people from CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) backgrounds. She is an experienced specialist support coordinator for NDIS participants. As co-director and co-founder of Comsal Tech Pty Ltd alongside John, she provides valuable experience in liaising and collaborating with government agencies and private service providers.

She completed a degree in Bachelor of Social Work at Western Sydney University. She also has an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Chemical Technology) from TAFE NSW Ultimo and a Certificate in Business Administration from TAFE NSW Bankstown.

She is also a member of the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)

Siosifa Lea - Industrial Plant and Machine Consultant

Siosifa has over 30 years of experience in mechanical maintenance including sheet metal work, toolmaking, welding, and working as a fitter. He is also experienced in machinery dismantling, installation and testing. He has commissioned engineering projects, designed mechanical facilities, and worked as an aviation mechanic in aircraft maintenance.

He completed his Certificate III in Aircraft Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering at the former Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE (now TAFE Queensland South West). He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Accounting from the University of Victoria.
